Bringing together both experienced wrestlers and plucky newcomers, this five-match DVD pits black girls against white girls in some ultra-competitive and gruelling wrestling bouts. Only one match can be described as 'themed', the other four are all about genuine determination and desire to be the better woman. The themed match pits tough black newcomer Jayda against the gorgeous Shay in a one-way fight in which both girls wear nothing but rubber gloves. It's a showcase of humiliating holds, with Jayda in control throughout. The promising black girl finds things much harder in her nude clashes with stunning brunette Nikita and strong girl Larra, but nevertheless gives an excellent account of herself and very nearly upsets the form book. Nikita belies her slim frame with some determined and intelligent wrestling, while Larra is all about brute power and explosions of speed. Her match with Jayda is pure attitude and the same can be said for 20-year-old blonde beauty Phoebe, a real emerging talent, who takes her black opponent Michelle apart on the mats. It's then down to veteran MJay, who is in amazing form right now, to take on Michelle herself. As hard as the solidly built black woman tries in this topless encounter, MJay is too fit and too wily a character on the mats for her to deal with. Crushing scissors, head cranks and sexy pins win the day for the resolute MJay.

1. Jayda vs Nikita (12:08 mins)

In this tense nude wrestling encounter, nothing is staged or scripted. It's a classic black versus white encounter, pitting newcomer Jayda, a strong and curvaceous black girl against slim brunette Nikita from the Czech Republic. It is quite clear that Jayda is physically stronger and heavier than her opponent, and for a while this looks like becoming the deciding factor. However, Nikita is every bit as elegant a fighter as she is a woman. When Jayda gets on top of her - which she does, all too often - the beautiful European girl does not panic. She slowly manages to worm her way out of nearly all situations, and by the end of this nude encounter Jayda is the one starting to look more tired. Headlocks, pins and scissors all make themselves felt in this closely contested match that leaves one a narrow winner and the other with a disappointed look on her face.

This extremely vocal nude wrestling match is a themed encounter that pits stunning white girl Shay (seen here in her dark-haired phase) against tough black newcomer Jayda in a match in which both wear nothing except rubber gloves. In the opening few minutes, Jayda is already on Shay's back, bending the white beauty's head backwards as her victim gasps and moans. Shay won't submit without giving her all, but she's completely overmatched by Jayda, who proceeds to squeeze, stretch and pin her into submission after submission. At one point, Shay chokes and groans in a textbook head scissors from behind that showcases the black athlete's muscular thighs. Jayda finishes this one-way demolition by spreading Shay's legs and bending them backwards in a conclusive hold that - given their nudity and the camera angle - leaves absolutely nothing to the imagination.

This one really must rank as a classic among black versus white competitive wrestling matches. The fact that it is fought entirely nude from the outset does not deter either competitor from giving 100% throughout. Jayda and white girl Larra are of similar size and weight, and while Larra certainly has the greater experience, it is Jayda that looks fitter. This is exhausting, relentless fighting between two determined women giving their all. Larra's experience certainly counts at first, as she firstly gets onto Jayda's back and stretches her, before scoring the first point in a grapevine pin. It is this hold more than any other that we see plenty of in this match, with both women stretching and spreading their gasping, sweating opponents. So tough is this match that after Jayda scores a last minute submission by scissors to keep the fight alive we have to go to extra time to find a winner. Even in this period, the dominance slips from one to the other - until a crushing scissors from behind elicits a scream of final submission.

This always looked like being a match in which black newcomer Jayda would struggle. Fighting white veteran Tracy, who has decades of wrestling experience, in a nude encounter, the black girl nevertheless gives a great account of herself. She's much the bigger woman and frequently traps Tracy in her powerful scissors. However, the Englishwoman has been here many times before and knows only too well how to turn a weight disadvantage to her favour. Little by little she manipulates strong Jayda, and when she gets her in one of her trademark headlock and body scissors combination holds and, at one point, a head scissors - the submission count begins to climb.

Two very different looking females do battle in a topless interracial contest that pits women of both contrasting background and physicality against each other. Black girl Michalle lacks height but is heavily built and has enormous breasts, while her 20-year-old blonde opponent is taller and slimmer. Completely competitive, the blonde is able to absorb her opponent's power and bring her own long and very strong legs into play. She wins a first submission in a superb body scissors in which Michalle's pain is obvious. When battle is rejoined, Michalle does her best but Phoebe seems unstoppable, the blonde relentlessly pinning the black girl. There's an entertaining thrashing of limbs as Phoebe looks for the grapevine hold that will compound her opponent's humiliation. Although we had to stop the match after eight minutes due to an injury, this was already a concise and deserved victory for blonde power.
