This is our first mixed boxing title, which we believe that will prove very popular. We were quite surprised at the level of competitiveness shown by these girls, none of whom had donned boxing gloves before. The first fight, between John and Felix, is a surprisingly skilful affair. Felix has appeared in several Festelle titles recently, most memorably perhaps in 'Gazumped' FV146. But she enters into this new 'sport' with a will, and gives John a good run for his money.

John then takes on Lucy (not to be confused with Lucy Gresty). She is in fact a friend of John's although you wouldn't think so from this quite bruising encounter in which she manages to knock John down twice, once for a count of eight!

Red, another familiar Festelle face, takes on John. She's not a big woman but she certainly knows how to look after herself. This is another short, sharp match, which once again ends in a knockout.
